Terms & Conditions

 General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all parents/guardians registering their child(ren) for football sessions provided by SW Performance Coaching via the ClassForKids platform. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

Fees & Payments

  • The cost of participation is £16 per child, per calendar month.
  • Payments are collected monthly in advance via ClassForKids.
  • The subscription covers weekly training sessions unless otherwise specified.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless cancelled by the provider.
  • In the off season, the subscriptions will be paused and restarted when the regular weekly sessions restart.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through ClassForKids.
  • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • If a session is cancelled by SW Performance Coaching due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule where possible. However, please note that no refunds will be given whether or not the session can be rearranged.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.

Attendance & Conduct

  • Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure player development and team consistency.
  • Children should arrive on time and with appropriate sportswear, football boots/trainers, and a water bottle.
  • Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants and parents. We reserve the right to remove any child for repeated misconduct or behaviour that affects others’ safety or enjoyment.

Medical Information & Consent

  • Parents/guardians must provide all relevant medical details and emergency contact information when registering.
  • By enrolling, you consent to first aid being administered to your child if required during sessions.
  • You must inform the club of any changes to your child’s medical condition.

Photography & Media

  • From time to time, we may take photos/videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
  • You will have the option to opt out of media use during the registration process on ClassForKids.

Liability

  • SW Performance Coaching and its coaches will take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • We accept no liability for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during sessions.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email and/or the ClassForKids platform.
